We’re very satisfied with Russ and Steve at Appliance Angels Service because, not only were they the only company that answered the phone, they both  came to my house. My Dacor wall oven was totally without display. No clock no nothing. Reset some thermostat and replaced a panel and they were done. I was so pleased that I’m signing up for their maintinence program for my whole kitchen which by the way is all Dacor Appliances.

This is the second time I’ve used Appliance Angels. The first time they fixed my electric stovetop. This time they fixed my 13 year old microwave oven. Both times they were fast,efficient,friendly,professional, and reasonably priced. I will call them first the next time an appliance breaks down.

Last Saturday afternoon Russ immediately found that a spilled package of frozen vegetables caused my freezer drain clog. He popped the ice corn chunk out of the drain . I handed him a pyrex cup of hot water which he poured in the drain and “presto”, it drained. Double “presto” , he said NC.(No Charge) Really, he was on his way to a BBQ or something and that was that. Thank you Russ and Appliance Angels.

Our dishwasher was holding a ton of water. Bruce came out and said it needed a part. We thought we would buy a new one but decided to have this one repaired. After some difficulty with a missing part he came back and fixed it to perfection.
Bruce was extremely honest and seems like a wonderful employee. I will recommend this business to anyone having an appliance problem.

I’d highly recommend them to anyone–and while I hope that all my appliances keep working, I know who I will call if they don’t!
